1. Enhancement: Checkmark Color Update for all Browser support
- Issue Summary: In Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers, checkmarks appeared blue instead of green, causing inconsistency across platforms and making it harder for users to confirm selections.
- Resolution: The issue has been fixed so that checkmarks now display in the correct green color across all supported browsers.
- Impacts: No impact on existing features.
2. New Feature: Sequences
- Issue Summary: Administrators requested a way to automate multi-step communication processes, such as onboarding and follow-ups, without manually scheduling each message.
- Resolution: A new Sequencing feature has been added under Administration, along with Tasks. This works like a scheduler, allowing administrators to create task flows (Like, Welcome text → 2 days later Onboarding text → Onboarding complete text) and group them into a sequence that can then be assigned to any person.
Users can trigger a sequence manually by going to Messages>Actions>Start Sequence.
Users can also now populate a new field on the Person called Date of Hire and use that to initiate sequences or tasks.
- Impacts: Enhanced automation for communication and engagement workflows, no impacts on the existing features.
3. New Feature: Accessibility Improvements
- Issue Summary: Accessibility options were limited, making it harder for users with visual, motor, or reading challenges to fully interact with the platform.
- Resolution: Key accessibility enhancements have been introduced, including support for screen readers, speech recognition, text-to-speech, alternative input methods, high-contrast themes, customizable font sizes, predictive text, and logical navigation.
- Impacts: Expanded usability and inclusivity, enabling a broader range of users to engage effectively with the platform.
4. Enhancement: User License Package Add-Ons
- Issue Summary: Users subscribed to fixed-size packages (e.g., Enterprise with 20 seats) could not easily add more seats at the same per-seat rate until upgrading to the next package tier.
- Resolution: An add-on option has been introduced, allowing users to purchase additional seats within their current package at the same rate until they reach the next tier.
- Impacts: No impact to existing features.
5. Bug: Incoming Messages Not Updating Real-Time
- Issue Summary: Incoming messages are not updated immediately in the conversation list. Users have to refresh or navigate to see new messages, which affects the flow of real-time conversations.
- Resolution: The conversation list now syncs with real-time events, ensuring incoming messages appear instantly without manual refresh.
- Impacts: No impact on existing features. Users will now see messages in real time as expected.
