1. Enhancement: Customer Request Changes for Chrome Extension
- Issue Summary: The Chrome extension displayed push notification counts at the company level rather than reflecting individual user message counts.
- Resolution: The logic for push notifications was adjusted to count and display user-specific messages only.
- Impacts: Improved accuracy and clarity for users regarding their notifications. No effect on overall message delivery.
2. Enhancement: Change Wording on User Account Lockout Email
- Issue Summary: The lockout notification email content was unclear or lacked proper instructions for users who had multiple failed login attempts.
- Resolution: The wording in the lockout email was updated to clearly inform users of the issue and guide them through regaining access using OTP.
- Impacts: Better user experience during lockout scenarios. No changes to the login or security workflows.
3. Enhancement: Reinstate Option for Deleted People
- Issue Summary: There was no option to recover or reinstate People once they were deleted from the system.
- Resolution: A reinstated functionality was introduced, allowing Website users to restore previously deleted people.
- Impacts: Improved people management flexibility for administrators. No effect on existing permissions or audit trails.
4. New Feature: Custom Logo
- Issue Summary: Customers requested the ability to personalize the platform by replacing the default TeamTexter logo with their own branding.
- Resolution: A new option has been added to support custom logo placement, enabling white-label branding for client portals.
- Impacts: Greater flexibility for client branding. No changes to the core functionality of the application.
