When someone elects to STOP receiving text messages, any
messages that are sent during that time are held in a queue and if/when they
resume their subscription ALL messages that have been backlogged are then sent
to the individual. I am suggesting that once you STOP that any messages that
are sent during the suspension time are deleted, ignored. If an when someone
Resumes their Opt In they only receive any messages that are sent after they
have resumed their subscription.
