Ability to have ongoing Campaigns

You create a new campaign

But the start date is only for those who are added at the time the campaign

Need the ability to add individuals to a campaign and have them start at the initial message of the campaign

A campaign is used for a specific event and marketing for a certain time frame. It sounds like perhaps we should explore building out workflows more, whereby a workflow can be triggered when a new person is added and then send multiple texts based on dates.
